This is one of my favorites too! It's delicious... but it is true that you can go overboard with it if you drink it too much. Every time I brew a cup in the office it always makes the whole room smell so good and seems to perk everyone up. LOL

My friend gave me some of these k-cups to try and I have to say that I really have not liked them. It is way too strong or rich or something. And like someone else said the scent can be really overpowering. But I guess I am more of a lighter coffee drinker anyway and really don't do a lot of flavors. So maybe that is why I didn't like it as much.

This and Caramel Vanilla are two of my absolute favorite flavors!!! I don't drink it all the time but I keep a box around that I get into when I want a cup of coffee that is rich and bold... and the smell is wonderful. It really wakes you up... even in the middle of the day.
