Shipping & Returns
We ship all of our products by way of UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders placed by 12:00 noon CST (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
We can ship anywhere outside of the United Sates via US mail. Please call us with your order so that we may provide you with the shipping costs. All orders are shipped ground unless priority shipping is chosen. Customers in Canada, Hawaii or Alaska, please call for shipping costs.
We have a flat rate shipping of $7.95 for ground deliveries.
Return Policy
At MyCupCoffee.com our number one concern is your satisfaction. The products that you buy from us are the highest in quality and value. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just return the product to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, with a copy of your delivery slip, and reason for the return and we will be glad to issue a refund. Shipping cost can not be refunded.
If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for a replacement, or for the item to be returned at our expense with a refund to your credit card.
